Honda Wins Kelly Blue Book Best Awards

Honda was officially named America's "Best Overall Brand" and "Best Value Brand" during the Kelley Blue Book 2023 Brand Image Awards. Honda has won 24 KBB Image Awards, including seven "Best Overall Brand" awards over the past ten years and the last nine "Best Value Brand" titles. Honda was named the "Best Overall Brand" due to its high quality across the entire Honda broad product lineup and its commitment to offering impressive vehicles for first-time buyers. For the "Best Value Brand" award, Kelly Blue Book noted Honda's commitment to quality, reliability, durability, and resale value.

The Brand Image Awards is Kelly Blue Book's prestigious awards group that recognizes automakers with crucial brand attributes that excite and attract car buyers. The 2023 Brand Image Awards were based on consumer automotive perception data from the Kelley Blue Book's Brand Watch study. The Kelley Blue Book's Brand Watch is an online brand and model perception that taps into more than 12,000 in-market new-vehicle shoppers annually. This highly comprehensive study will offer more insight into how car buyers perceive how they purchase their vehicle and what captures the model familiarity and loyalty among those buying their first vehicle. 

The Honda Ridgeline is one of the most impressive pickups in the class, as it comes standard with a 3.6-liter V6 that is capable of producing a massive 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque and pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive. The power of this engine allows this truck to haul up to 5,000 pounds with a solid 1,580-pound payload capacity. It also comes with several select driver modes, such as  Normal, Snow, Sand, and Mud, that allow it to go over everything and anything. As for features, the Ridgeline comes with four trim levels, each with impressive features such as LED headlights, a proximity key, push-button ignition, and an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You also get several luxury items, such as a heated steering wheel, a driver-seat memory function, navigation, and spectacular LED ambient interior lighting.

You can't go wrong with the Honda Pilot if you need a large SUV for you and your family. Under the hood, you will find a 3.5-liter V6 that pumps out 285 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque and pairs with a ten-speed automatic transmission. This engine allows you to go from 0 to 60 mph in seven seconds or less, much quicker than other SUVs in the class. Front-wheel-drive is standard with most trims, but all-wheel-drive is an option for those who want more traction. All-wheel-drive comes standard with the TrailSport and Elite trims. One of the things that the Pilot is known for is its tech features, as you will see wireless connectivity for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and even a wireless charging pad. You also get many safety items, such as an advanced Traffic Jam Assist system, which allows the adaptive cruise control to center the Pilot in its lane. There is also a new forward-facing camera for the 2023 model year! 

The last vehicle that we have to talk to you about is the 2023 Honda Accord which is the gold standard for sedans with a ton of space, impressive performance, and a powerful engine. There are two engines available for the Accord, with the first being a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder that dishes out 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque and connects to a continuously variable automatic transmission while sending power to the front wheels. This year you can upgrade to a hybrid powertrain that takes a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and adds a battery pack and two electric motors to dish out 204 horsepower and 247 lb-ft of torque, which also has front-wheel-drive. As for features, the Accord is well-equipped on every trim level, as it has as large as a 12.3-inch touchscreen that has wireless connectivity for the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rain-sensing windshield wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, head-up display, leather seat surfaces, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, One-Touch Power Moonnroof, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
